2017 Kitchen Cabinet Rankings

Cabinet reviews, cabinet ratings and cabinet rankings

Insights from White Wood Kitchens in Sandwich Massachusetts

We explain why we rate these brands so high.

When White Wood Kitchens selected the cabinet brands to carry in our cabinet stores in Sandwich and Falmouth Massachusetts, we reviewed our cabinet options carefully, because we want homeowners from Boston to Cape Cod and the Eastern Massachusetts to be happy with the end result of their remodel or new construction project. We weighed and rated all the options, and we choose to carry Fieldstone Cabinetry and UltraCraft Cabinetry from Norcraft Companies, and Diamond from Masterbrand Cabinets, for their construction, quality and overall value for the money.

Fieldstone Cabinetry offers two construction options: inset and overlay. Fieldstone Cabinetry is framed cabinetry with hundreds of cabinet color choices (including custom cabinet colors) and more than 120 door styles to choose from. The style you want for your kitchen can be achieved with Fieldstone Cabinetry: Contemporary, Transitional and Traditional. Fieldstone Cabinetry’s standard construction is all-wood, and includes soft close doors, soft close drawers, and 3/4” side (end) panels. You don’t have to pay for upgrades to get the best cabinet value available; Fieldstone Cabinetry offers it as standard. Fieldstone Cabinetry stays on top of home trends. There are always new doors and new cabinet colors to choose from. Fieldstone Cabinetry’s Forte value line offers a high quality alternative for smaller budgets. Fieldstone Cabinetry’s timeless, well constructed inset cabinetry is delivered in an amazing eight week lead time. The quality, cost and delivery time are unbeatable.

UltraCraft Cabinetry is full-access, frameless cabinetry. As kitchen and bath designers, we rate UltraCraft Cabinetry high because we can modify the height, width and depth of the majority of UltraCraft Cabinetry cabinets in 1/16″ increments at no additional charge. We can design traditional to contemporary and everything in between, using a variety of materials: Wood, Deluxe Wood Veneers, Thermofoil, UltraLux Acrylic, Metal, Textured Melamine, Eurotek DLV Veneer and more. When we design with UltraCraft Cabinetry, we meet every budget because UltraCraft Cabinetry offers cabinets in a wide range of prices. Their most popular premium finishes feature a low upcharge, lower than most cabinet manufacturers. Whether you choose a wood dovetail drawer or contemporary metal drawer, UltraCraft Cabinetry’s standard construction is the best available; you don’t need an upgrade to love your kitchen. Soft close doors and soft close drawers are standard.
